Registration for WNCR 2025

The International Workshop on Nursing and Health Care Research (WNCR 2025) welcomes students, scientists, researchers, and professionals worldwide to participate and contribute to discussions on the latest advancements in nursing, health care, and medical science.

Registration Steps

1️⃣ Submit Abstract
If you wish to present your research, submit your abstract through the [Online Submission System] (file size less than 10MB) and select your registration type.
Alternatively, download the [Registration Form], complete it, and email it along with your abstract to editor@iwncr.com.

2️⃣ Peer Review & Acceptance (For Abstract Submissions Only)
Your abstract will be reviewed by the conference committee.
If accepted, you will receive an Acceptance Letter and Invoice within 7–10 working days.

3️⃣ Complete Registration Payment
Once you receive the Acceptance Letter and Invoice, complete your registration fee payment.
Payment processing typically takes 1–3 days, after which you will receive a confirmation.

4️⃣ Confirmation & Invitation Letter
After successful payment, you will receive an e-copy of the official receipt and an official invitation letter.

5️⃣ Stay Updated
All registered participants will receive regular updates and conference details once a month.


Registration Fees

Registration Type Standard Registration   
Regular Registration 14000 RMB (USD 1917)  
Additional Manuscripts (Groups>5) 12000 RMB (USD 1643)  

Important Notes

1️⃣ Abstract submission is optional—you may register as an attendee without submitting an abstract.
2️⃣ Please include the invoice number in your payment details (e.g., "WNCR2025T0001").
3️⃣ After payment, email a copy of the remittance receipt to editor@iwncr.com.
4️⃣ Accepted payment methods:

  • PayPal / Credit Card (Online)

  • Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer (bank service charges apply)

  • Cash On-Site (only for late/on-site registration)

5️⃣ All handling fees (PayPal, bank, etc.) are the participant's responsibility.
6️⃣ Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received.
7️⃣ The registration fee does not cover accommodation, transportation, or visa application fees.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend and cannot transfer your registration, the following refund policy applies:

  • Before August 31, 2025 → Full refund (minus transaction fees)

  • Between September 1–15, 2025 → 30% refund

  • After September 15, 2025 → No refund

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email. Transaction and handling fees will be deducted from all refunds.
